1. We must physically inspect all damages and inspect the parts to provide a quote.

2.We are not responsible for damages occurring during transport. We have been packing and shipping hundreds of bikes, so you can trust we will take every precaution to insure your item is well protected but we cannot prevent accidents.

3.Every repair is under 2 years warranty for workmanship and material. Paint finishes are under 1 year warranty. All warranties are for the repaired area only.

4. We reserve the right to refuse to repair or repaint a part if we estimate that an area is too severely damaged or if there isn't a suitable method for repair or repaint.

5. We use high quality automotive paint standard and paint camera to match paint colors, In most cases the repainted area is unnoticeable but there can be a slight variation between the original color and our paint job. Please note that on those high end, lightweight products, matching paint becomes in some cases a highly skilled job and sometimes impossible.

6. Warranty is void if:

-a bike frame is used in a fixed trainer (when rear dropouts are held rigid).

-a trailer is connected to the bike frame in case of rear fork/triangle repair.

7. The warranty is attached to the bike owner at the time of repair and is not transferable.
